Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
   
   1. These subscription terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply in addition to Pecuna Investment’s general terms (“General Terms”) for the agreement between you and Pecuna Investment regarding membership. In case of discrepancies, the Subscription Terms take precedence.

2. Access to and use of some of our products is conditional upon you being over 18 years of age and subscribing to a membership on Pecuna Investment’s website.

3. The content, benefits, terms, and price of the agreements will always be available on our website. All prices are in Euro (€), unless otherwise clearly stated.

4. By subscribing, you receive a non-exclusive and transferable right to use the products covered by the agreement. The right of use is personal, but may be transferred to another person in accordance with the provisions on specially designated beneficiaries or in connection with gifts to minors.
5. By accepting the connection of Pecuna Trading Engine™ EA to your MT4 trading platform via Fusion+ with our broker, Fusion Markets, you also accept the terms that you will be denied the right to place your own trades on the account or influence Pecuna Trading Engine’s trades. If you act contrary to these rules, Pecuna Investment cannot control the liquidity and capital available on the individual account, and there is a risk of significant financial losses. Pecuna Investment reserves the right to stop Pecuna Trading Engine™ from placing further trades on the account in question if such actions are identified.

2. Changes to Membership

1. Pecuna Investment may change prices and other terms as needed and in accordance with applicable law.

2. Changes can be implemented with prior notice in accordance with applicable law, with at least 30 days’ notice for price increases.

3. Notification of changes may be made through individual communication, for example by email or other electronic mail (including SMS) or similar forms of communication. The notification may refer to information on our website (https://www.pecunainvest.com/) or similar locations.

4. The prices in these terms may be adjusted in accordance with changes in the officially recognized net price index (NPI). Price changes resulting from this adjustment can take effect without further notice to you.
5. If you wish to change your subscription type, this can only take effect after the current month. The change must be notified to Pecuna Investment no later than 10 days in advance.

3. Duration and Termination

1. Pecuna Investment subscription is an ongoing contractual relationship that remains valid until the subscription is terminated.

2. You can cancel your subscription at the end of a contract period. A contract period runs for one month with automatic renewal each month, starting from the day you purchase the membership and applying on the 1st of each month.

3. Only you personally can terminate your subscription. Termination occurs in the same way and via the same medium or technical platform through which the agreement was entered into. Exceptions occur if a beneficiary terminates the subscription after agreement with Pecuna Investment.

4. In case of changes to prices and other terms, you can terminate your subscription at the end of the current month for fee settlement. If you do not terminate the subscription before a new contract period, your subscription will be renewed, and you will be subject to the new terms. See more about changes in section 2.

5. We reserve the right, with at least 3 months’ notice, to terminate your subscription if we decide to cease the delivery of Pecuna Investment’s products or to discontinue offering your chosen subscription. Likewise, the subscription may be terminated without notice if capital is withdrawn below the required minimum capital with a speculative purpose against Pecuna Investment in mind.
6. Pecuna Investment reserves the right to stop the Pecuna Trading Engine™ plugin without notice if the fee cannot be settled due to withdrawal of capital that does not provide sufficient liquidity for the subscription.

4. Payment

1. When you subscribe, you pay a fee via a fixed percentage of the calculated return and other fees in accordance with Pecuna Investment’s applicable prices at any time, which are available at https://www.pecunainvestment.com/pakker
2. You pay for the day your subscription is active, excluding any trial periods, campaigns, etc., and the membership continues until you terminate it.
3. The fee is settled automatically every 4 weeks and is automatically deducted directly from the broker account.
4. If you have created a broker account with Fusion Markets yourself, you must pay the fee via a payment link sent to you. The statement will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

1. When you purchase a product or membership from us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, you acknowledge that you have forfeited your right of withdrawal if you have gained access to our products after purchasing a product or membership from us.
2. When purchasing a subscription via Pecuna Investment’s website, you waive the right to have the setup fee refunded by accepting the terms of trade.
3. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the form provided at the end of these Subscription Terms.

6. Binding Period

1. By choosing financed establishment fee, you simultaneously accept a binding period without the possibility of termination. The binding period varies depending on the chosen subscription.
2. During the commitment period, the quarterly fee is simultaneously changed to 50% of the return per quarter until the commitment period expires.

Standard Withdrawal Form

This form should only be completed and returned if the right of withdrawal is exercised.
